Due to the low temperature in winter, many oil fields in the northwest region often experience freezing and blockage during crude oil extraction and transportation. In order to prevent the freezing and blockage of crude oil pipelines from causing production accidents, electric heating tape is mainly used to wrap the crude oil pipelines for antifreeze and heat preservation.
Since the temperature during the day is higher than that at night, if the electric heating belt is used all the time during the day when the temperature is relatively high, it will cause unnecessary waste of electricity. Therefore, the time control switch is used to set the intermittent start and stop during the day, and the full-time use is adopted at night when the temperature is lower to ensure that the crude oil pipeline does not freeze. This control method can output the control current to the electromagnetic excitation coil of the AC contactor according to the pre-set start and stop time, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the start and stop of the electric heating belt. The use of time-controlled switch circuit control can save a lot of electricity compared with manual start and stop, extend the service life of the electric heating belt, reduce the labor intensity of employees on the job, and reduce the risks brought by switching the electric heating belt.
Since one of the most important parameters of pipeline crude oil is the oil temperature, it is imperative to be able to adjust and control the start and stop of the electric belt by sensing the change of crude oil temperature. If the oil temperature inside the pipeline is higher than the freezing point of crude oil, the crude oil in the pipeline will not freeze. The temperature control device uses a temperature probe to measure the temperature of the crude oil pipeline, transmits it to the temperature controller to determine whether it is lower than the preset value, and then the temperature controller outputs a control signal to the 220V AC contactor electromagnetic excitation coil to control the coil to attract, and then control the current on and off output to achieve effective control of the start and stop of the electric belt. The use of the electric belt temperature control device can make more full use of thermal energy, effectively save electricity, reduce the labor intensity of workers, be more intelligent, and more effectively respond to severe climate changes to ensure the smooth flow of oil pipelines.
