Papermaking enterprises in the Northeast region have an insulation period of nearly 200 days per year for outdoor pulp supply pipelines. Originally, most companies generally used steam heating to insulate pipelines. Since the temperature of the heating steam is much higher than the temperature of the transported pulp, the heating steam will dry out the pulp remaining in the pipeline, thus affecting the use of the pipeline. And if the insulation maintenance is not good, the condensate pipe heated by outdoor steam heating will freeze, even affecting production.
Based on the above reasons, more and more paper mills use automatic electric heating and insulation systems for technical transformation. This automatic electric heating and insulation system can provide (0~60℃ optional) pulp supply pipeline temperature, thereby eliminating the drying of pulp caused by excessive steam heating temperature and the corrosion phenomenon caused by excessive temperature difference in pipelines, which has good economic benefits.
Self-controlling low-temperature electric heating tape is an electric heating device that can automatically adjust the heating temperature. It uses advanced electric heating materials and polymer insulation materials, and through a unique manufacturing process, it achieves stable and controllable heating temperature. Self-controlling low-temperature electric heating tape has the advantages of small starting current, good memory performance, low annual attenuation rate, and long service life. It is particularly suitable for occasions that require precise temperature control.
In the papermaking process, pulp pipes are prone to freezing in winter, affecting the production process. Self-controlled low-temperature electric heating cables can be installed close to the outer wall of the pipe to provide continuous heat to the pipe, compensate for the heat loss of the pipe, and ensure that the pulp will not freeze due to low temperature during transportation. In addition, self-controlled low-temperature electric heating cables can adjust and control the temperature according to actual needs to ensure that the pulp is transported within the optimal temperature range.
