HGC series constant power heating cable is suitable for the casewhere the circuit length exceeds the uppertimit of parallel resistance heating cable. A single supply point circuit can be up to 3600 meters in Length. HGC in series with a certain resistance of the core through the current core to send out joule heat,forming the entire length of a constant unit output power watts/meter.

In order to improve the service Life of the tandem type tracing bell, the cold terminal wiring method is often used in the power sup ply wiring. Speciic USES are as follows:
Strip the inner and outer sheathing and insulation of the series electric belt to expose the heating core wire,and compress the copper connector with the cold end wire (the insulation layer is removed in advancel.
Wrap with 3M tape, leaving the braid outside for ground use.
Then apply four layers of thermal shrinkage sleeves respectively and use an electric hair dryer to heat the thermal shrinkage sleeve to make it tighten the online head.
